Enjoy the month of May, with a full spectrum of Jazz styles – from Samba to be-bop, straight-ahead to Cuban folk -spilling from the Sweetwater Grill & Tavern patio stage every Tuesday and most Sundays.

    of the Year 2011 by The Sammons Center for the Arts in Dallas. In earning this singular honor, she joins pianist Neil Slater, who received that designation for the year 2007. Both perform with the Straight Ahead Jazz Quintet.
